When you place an order with us for clothing manufacturing, we make it a point to send you a complimentary sample. This allows you to have a firsthand look at the quality and design of your order before the full production begins. We believe in ensuring your satisfaction every step of the way.

Exclusive Terms for Bulk Clothing Orders

At our clothing manufacturing facility, we accept orders exceeding 50 pieces. However, please note that full payment is required upfront before we commence production. It’s important to mention that shipping charges are not included in the initial payment, providing transparency and clarity in our transaction process. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional clothing items, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.

Please be aware that delivery costs are subject to change based on the type and quantity of products in your cart.

If you want to adjust delivery fees:

Helpful Tip: When placing an order through our UK website with an American delivery address, be mindful of potential custom and/or administrative fees. Please note that we do not cover these additional charges!

Tracking Your Shipped Order

Upon dispatch, an automated confirmation email will be sent to you. Depending on your chosen delivery method, the email will contain details about the courier, along with either a tracking number or shipping number. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder. To ensure smooth communication, consider adding us to your contact list.

If your order has been dispatched, you’ll find:

If your order is dispatched but:

  • In Progress: Currently in production, set to ship soon.
  • Waiting List: Contact us via chat or email; we attempted to reach you regarding concerns like low quality or white gaps. Action is needed on your side.

We use various couriers based on your chosen delivery method during checkout. For US deliveries, options include Royal Mail International, TNT, DHL, FedEx economy services (average 1-week delivery) or DHL, TNT, FedEx Express services (1-3 days).

Helpful Tips:

  • Working Delivery Days: Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.
  • Production Times and Delivery Times: Separate terms. Production time aligns with the average production time (see product page), while delivery time begins once the order is handed over to the courier.
  • Tracking Reference vs. Shipping Reference: Different terms. A tracking reference allows order tracking, while a shipping reference cannot be tracked.

CANCELING AN ORDER

You retain the flexibility to modify or cancel your order without any charges if it is in the waiting list or in the new order status.

  • Within 30 Minutes: We observe a 30-minute grace period after order placement before initiating production. During this window, feel free to reach out if you want to make edits or reconsider your decision. For any queries or concerns regarding your order or design, our friendly customer service team is ready to assist and can facilitate a full refund..
  • After 30 Minutes: Each product is meticulously handcrafted and personalized upon order placement. Beyond the initial 30 minutes, production commences, involving investments in ink, transfer paper, materials, and workforce time tailored for your order. Canceling after this timeframe incurs a mandatory 20% charge.

We typically initiate printing promptly upon order placement to ensure swift shipping.

  • Contact Us If you wish to make changes or cancel, please contact us promptly via chat or email, providing your order number. We will assess the feasibility of modifications or cancellations.
  • Post-Assessment Cancellations: If you decide to cancel after checking the order status (typically in progress), a chargeback fee may be applicable at our discretion.

Return Policy

  1. Timeframe for Returns:
    • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of buyer receipt.
  2. Return Postage Responsibility:
    • The buyer bears the responsibility for return postage costs.
  3. Condition of Returned Items:
    • Ensure items are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
    • Failure to adhere to our item condition policy may result in a partial refund rather than a full refund.

Taxation and Customs Information

Understanding the tax and customs regulations is crucial for a seamless shopping experience. Here’s an overview:

VAT Within the EU: VAT is applicable to all orders shipped within the EU, and the prices displayed on the website already include this tax.

British VAT: Orders shipped within the UK are subject to British VAT, with prices on the website reflecting this inclusion.

Orders Outside the EU and UK: For orders dispatched outside the EU and UK, VAT is excluded from the displayed prices.

Import Duties and Taxes: It’s important to note that any duties and taxes incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have limited control over these charges, and the specifics vary based on customs policies and import duties unique to each country.

Customer Responsibility: Customers bear full liability for postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees. In the event of refusal to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes, these responsibilities remain with the customer. We appreciate your understanding of these regulations as we aim to provide a transparent and informed shopping experience.

Minimum Order Policy: We respectfully ask that orders include 50 products or more in order to maximize efficiency and expedite processes. In addition, upon request, a sample demonstrating the quality of our product will be sent. Unfortunately, orders with less than this figure cannot be filled at the moment.
